Apple Pay: How can I support multiple merchants under one domain

I have a website that contains multiple merchants and each merchant have their separate PayPal accounts. Now we are using apple pay through paypal. But Apple Pay requires us to register the domain under the merchant PayPal account. Unfortunately, we have one domain only. How can we work around this?
