How do I send money from Android to iPhone?

I’ve looked and looked and noticed it’s been a few years with this inconvenience. Has sending money from an Android user to an iPhone user been corrected? I could really use some good news. It’s an inconvenience when you are extremely busy and don’t really trust to many apps with quick money transfers. Does anyone know??
