strangers username and password for apple.com found in Passwords on my device

Is it possible for someone to remotely add username / passwords and have them saved in Passwords (they were for apple.com). I have found two that I did not add. No one has physical access to my laptop so how and why would they compromise my computer and how can this be stopped.
