How can I prevent my kids from bypassing Screen Time limits?

My both children have limits of time to spend with their IPhones, but i see that they spend much more time that is allowed.

they don’t know codes, as my daughter said, they ask for one minute more and the system doesn’t stop them anymore…How to fix it?
