Where is the code so that I can send the recipient my Gift card?

What gift card?
If you have a physical App Store or iTunes gift card, its on the back of the card, sometimes under a label you can peel off.
If you bought a digital gift card from Apple, then Apple sends the code to the email you supplied when you bought it.
