Can I display exact start and end times for tracked changes in Pages?

I edit professionally. For billing clients, it would be really helpful to have exact start and end times for my editing sessions when I'm editing in Pages. But for days after I've made changes, the edit boxes only display the time and date as, for example, "1 hour ago" or "9 hours ago" or "1 day ago." I have to wait days to see an exact date and time in those edit boxes.

I can note my work start and stop times manually, obviously, but it would be so much simpler and more convenient if I could get a precise date and time to display within the tracked changes boxes from the get-go.

Is there a way to alter how date and time display in tracked changes? Or am I just stuck with this really inconvenient approach to display? I've looked everywhere I can think of on my own to see if this is a setting issue, but I'm coming up empty-handed. Time to ask someone who knows more than me.

Neither Pages nor MS Word (16.94) offers any changes to the tracked change time frame. Pages uses "n minutes ago", and Word uses "a few seconds ago" or "n minutes ago" terminology. However, if you hover your mouse over that displayed timeframe in the Pages change item, it will float the exact date stamp (e.g. March 04, 2025 at 10:19 AM."
