Internet connection keeps jumping off

I have changed my DNS many times, but for some reason my internet keeps saying that I either have internet, but every site comes up with, no internet detected, or when I actually get internet after changing y DNS, it keeps logging on and off.

Anyone knows what's up?

Wireless diagnostics:

Hold down the Option key while you click on the Wi-Fi icon on the menubar to open up the tools for investigating and fixing Wi-Fi issues

First is "Open Wireless diagnostics", which opens the wireless diagnostics Assistant, but does not proceed.

There are about eight different things you can do from here, but the top-level is to choose Diagnostics off the Window menu, or simply click continue, to do a quick check for Gross misconfiguration or operating problems. Your Admin password will be required. If any recommendations are shown, you should consider then seriously.

Next is to hold down the Option key and click the Wi-Fi icon as before. The screen that opens shows operating parameters of your network. Screenshot, transcribe, or photograph the results and post back in a reply on the forums. Looks like this older one.

with the description you have provided? No. No one knows 'what's up' but you.

What is needed to help:

You need to provide a description so complete and so precise, that other Readers could re-create you situation EXACTLY, to try to duplicate what you are experiencing.

what model-tear MacBook Pro, and what screen size?

what version MacOS?

when you say Internet connection, does that mean WiFi, not Ethernet?

when working properly, about how far away is the Router from where you are using the MacBook?

if you have the computer very near the Router, is it faster and more stable?

what results do you get from an Internet speed test when your internet is working properly?

are you using ANY USB peripheral devices?

are you running ANY third-party speeder-uppers, Cleaners, Optimizers, or Virus scanners, Bit Torrent, or a VPN that you installed yourself?

did you make certain to click the (Apply) button after any network changes?

Thank You Grant,

Macbook Pro, 2017, 13,3 inch (2560x1600).

macOs Ventura - Version 13.7.4

Only Wifi, distance from workstation is 60-80cm. If i sit in another room the connection is the same - really good for 20 sec. Then jumps off.

Internet Speed test show good connection. 5 Bars and no issues.

No USB devices, No third party Speeder-uppers, no cleaners, no optimizers, no virus scanners, no bit torrent and no VPN.

After every DNS change i have shut down and restarted my computer.

Thank you very much.
