What is needed for script lens in Vision Pro?

I am having issues with Zeiss accepting my vision script. This is the same script I have used to get two different pairs of glasses by two different providers however Zeiss is not accepting this script. There appears to be no other way to get in touch with Zeiss other than waiting for 2 days for a return email. It seems like an easy task to create parameters around a vision script such as range (it seems several individuals are having issues with their script being out of range) and information on the script such as the doctors name and or license number along with a signature? Maybe, different areas of the Zeiss site indicate different requirements and different then what the Apple site says. I'm sure there are millions who have had no issues.

To summarize my rant, what is the requirement?
