Can’t delete an app
I downloaded an game half a year ago I haven’t played it and wanted to delete it I tried many times but it always comes back

Try checking to see if there is game data stored in iCloud, also where is it coming back from is it redownloading or is it deleted from home screen but still visible in app library?
