How can I change my Apple Music Family Sharing subscription to Apple One?

I have an apple Music family sharing account and I am thinking of switching to Apple one Family sharing subscription, I do not have any sort of Apple devices, where as the rest of my family group has apple devices. I understand that I would not be able to use apple one services like Arcade and news, but my main question is how do I change my existing Music subscription to Apple one through Android or windows as I am the organiser. Any help is appreciated

See Bundle Apple subscriptions with Apple One - Apple Support. My recollection was that the Family Organizer needed to have an Apple device, though that might be slightly different for Apple Music. The referenced support article suggests quite strongly that switching to Apple One needs an iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or a Mac. Temporarily signing into your Apple ID on someone else's device is not a trivial action as by default that will affect access to all cloud content such as media, mail, contacts, calendar, notes, etc. Depending on what you do some of their cloud data could be added to your ID, or their data deleted, etc. A separate user profile on a Mac might be a way to do this safely. I used that approach to accept family sharing invites for my kids before they had suitable devices of their own.

If anyone in your family is cool with letting you borrow their Apple device for five minutes, you can sign in with your Apple ID and switch to Apple One through Settings > Subscriptions (on iPhone/iPad) or System Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions (on Mac). Once it’s set up, you don’t need to do anything else. Alternatively, try the Web Route. Apple’s website appleid.apple.com lets you manage subscriptions, but sometimes it doesn’t show the option for Apple One. Worth checking, though.
