Arteck Bluetooth keyboard connected but not typing on new iPad

We have an Arteck Bluetooth keyboard that has worked for a year or two with an older (Air 2) iPad. We have upgraded to a Gen 10 iPad and now the keyboard will connect and shows up in Bluetooth devices, but nothing happens when we type on it. We have disconnected and reconnected a number of times (forget the device and reconnect), and the keyboard is fully charged. Is there possibly something in keyboard settings that is causing the iPad to not use the keyboard input?

Ok, I don't see where it says that it is compatible with your iPad model:

  • Broad Compatibility: Use with all four major operating systems supporting Bluetooth (iOS, Android and Windows), including iPad Pro, 1, 2, Air, Air 2 / iPad mini 3, 2, 1, Retina / iPhone / Android Tablets like Samsung Galaxy Tab, Google Nexus / Windows, etc.

I still suggest that you contact the manufacturer: support@arteck.com
