Tiktok won’t let me delete my old account.
Hello, this is my last resort as I’ve been battling with this for the last day or so. I’ve tried in the past but my attempts have been unsuccessful. I have an old account on tiktok that I made back when it was “music.ly” I got logged out of it a long time ago and I don’t remember half of the information the support team is asking me for, like the sign up date, last registered device model etc, I’ve given them my guesses but it wasn’t enough. I know it is substantial to have that information but I’ve already told them I don’t have access to it. I tried to provide different forms of identification and was told it wasn’t enough. I’d really like for this issue to be resolved as the account was public and I feel uncomfortable knowing that information is just accessible. This might be a long shot but is there anything else I can do instead of sending a report form? It’s exhausting getting the same formatted response and going in circles with no help. I’ve been trying to get this account deleted for years. Any guidance on what further steps I can take would be much appreciated.
