Macbook pro not charging

My 13" MacBook Pro (A2338) has not been charging correctly for a few days now. I think it updated overnight to Sequoia 15.3.1 and I've been having this problem since.

I haven't used the original charger for months since the cord broke and I didn't have a spare USB-C to USB-C cord to replace it. Two days ago, the laptop ran out of battery and went into sleep mode, I tried to charge it as usual and it just wouldn't turn on until I tried the original AC adapter, which let me finally turn on the laptop but it still wouldn't charge beyond 1%.

I tried resetting the SMC/PRAM (both by just restarting the computer and by key combination) and it wouldn't budge. With other chargers it shows that it's plugged in but not charging. I run Apple Diagnostics and at first it showed a PPT021 code (battery charge level too low to complete the test).

So, I left it plugged in for a day and it finally reached 10% so I run Apple Diagnostics again with no problems found. Battery status is normal, health is 91%, so I first ruled out the battery being bad, but now I'm questioning it since it just won't charge beyond 12% and the charger I'm using is working perfectly with my other devices.

I'm not really sure what it could be, the only other options I have are leaving the laptop off and unplugged for a few days and then try to charge it again, or just bring it for service.
