Is there a library of scripts or shortcuts for Photos?

I find that opening individual photos seems to enhance background processing of my library. I would like to automate briefly opening each photo, then closing that photo and opening the next photo, through the entire library. Is there a way to automate such a process? I am running macOS 15 on my MacPro7,1 (Xeon Intel processor).
