With apple there are a number of different financing options that will differ depending on location:
You can ask your local apple store for financing options or talk to local carriers that offer apple products
If you are in the USA apple has financing options with citizens bank loan and monthly payment plan and Goldman sachs (apple credit card) installment plans
You can also look at just getting a loan from any bank or through any credit card but depending on your financial situation this option may be very limited.
