How do I merge two RISE accounts on different Apple devices?

I signed up for RISE on my iPad 1st

thought it would show up on my phone too, but RISE app did not show up on my iPhone, so I ended up signing on the iPhone and created a new account. how to fix this so I only have ine account and profile?
