"Continue Watching" has content I never watched

We have a family share plan with a total of 4 people, 2 are myself and my partner and we watch the same content together. Several times when opening up the TV app on our AppleTV we see content we are not watching and it's creepy...

The other 2 family share members have their own AppleIDs. Password has already been changed.

How is this possible??
