Why won't my iPhone 7 open the Home app?

OK. Open Settings App. Tap General. Tap About. Report back what Version you have running on your iPhone. Also, I don't think you're trying to open the Apple Home App. It appears the app you're trying to open is called This Home. There isn't an app in the app store called This Home.

The Apple Home app has an icon which looks like this:

Is this the app you're trying to open?

Is your iPhone at least updated to iOS 15.8.3? If yes, the Home app should be compatible with an iPhone 7.

What happens when you try to download the app? Do you get an error message and if so, what does it say?
