How does Voice Memo handle recording dates across time zones?

Hello,

I have a few voice memos I would like to get accurate dating for. I was wondering if the dating matches the date / time zone exactly where I recorded or if it all transitions to match the date of the current time zone. For example, I recorded a recording on July 20th in Viet Nam during the day which it would be July 19th night time in the U.S. where I am currently located. If the original date reads as July 20th on the recording when it is saved, would it transition to be labelled as July 19th when my phone time zone switches back to U.S. time, or would it stay as July 20th?
