Cant add songs to playlist on mac and playlist wont sync to iPhone.

“Adding item to Summer/BBQ

This item was not added to your Cloud Music Library because an error occurred.”

Thats what I keep on getting on Mac and nothing makes that playlist sync. WiFi is good and restarted Mac and still nothing. Won’t literally let me add any song to playlist. Checking Reddit people had this issue from like 4 years ago and it still ain’t fixed.
