Telephoto lens is not using in cinematic mode

iphone 15 pro is not using 3x telephoto Lens for cinematic mode ,it only cropping the main camera to 3x ( 77mm) . 14 pro is using 3x telephoto lens in cinematic mode. Try to contact apple support but they didn’t answer for the question. Please anyone tell me if you had the same issue . And please help to solve it
