How can i make Apple Turkiye give me my phone and rights?
40 days ago, my phone turned off by itself and I sent it to the technical service. I have not received any information about my phone for more than 32 days. although the legal limit is 20 days, they have not been able to solve my problem. I never get an answer. they are never interested, they say they will get back when I call and they do not get back. If it exceeds 10 days, it is written on their website that they give a replacement device for the repair process, but they do not give it. Apple Turkey is a terrible organization, I don't know how to get my rights back, I am incredibly frustrated.
