Bluetooth not working on new iPhone 16

I got a new iPhone 16 and it’s not showing anything Bluetooth activity. It’s just spinning and not showing any devices to connect

I suggest trying this first:

  • Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings
  • (This will also reset Wi-Fi and VPN settings, so you’ll need to reconnect to Wi-Fi after.)
  • After your iPhone restarts, turn Bluetooth back on and try searching again.


If that doesn't help, your next step would be to contact Apple Support directly for further assistance with this issue. To do so, simply select the "Support" link on the bottom left-hand side of this forum's web page.


Alternately, if you just got this iPhone within the last 14 days, you have the option to either return it for a full refund or a replacement phone.
