How to separate game sound while using the mic on iPhone 11?

I want to ask about the iPhone 11 phone. I play games and turn on the mic to talk normally. But the sound in the game is not separated to the left and right. But if I turn it off, it will be separated normally. What should I do to turn on the mic and separate the sound to the left and right? I've tried every method and it doesn't work.
