This is iPhone Bluetooth settings. Under my connected AirPods in the image is the phone that keeps connecting to mine although I have never connected to these devices. How do I stop this as it doesn’t give me a blue icon to remove it

Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Bluetooth, and if you have any apps listed there turn them off and see if it goes away. It may require a restart. If it is no longer there, then turn the apps on one at a time to determine which one is pairing the device.
