Let's step back a moment.

First of all, what makes you think that's the case?

Secondly, what you posted seems to relate to an Apple Watch, not an iPhone, so which device do you think has been 'hacked'?

Thirdly, there's nothing in the analytics report that would confirm or deny whether your device has been hacked. As others have noted, while it's not impossible, it is extremely difficult to hack an iPhone (and even more so an Apple Watch.

You have posted Apple Analytics, which are completely undecipherable by you or anyone else, without the specialized software tools Apple has itself. Posting what you have posted proves nothing. Because you have no clue what it says. No one here knows what it says.

It is very very very difficult to hack an iPhone. It is also extremely EXPENSIVE $$$$ to hack an iPhone. You may think you have been hacked, but it is highly unlikely you have been hacked.
