How to run an executable on iPad

I know this topic’s been discussed before there’s no way to run an EXE on iPad, Mac, or any idevice but that’s not what I’m talking about (but if there is a way now, I would love to hear about it 😁😆) I’m wondering how I can run a iPad native executable file without having to download something through the App Store like tap on the file and file explorer and it executes and if there is a way to do that what file type is it?

Thank You

iPad Air, iPadOS 18

You can use Xcode to generate code for iPad on a Mac - but iPad doesn't yet have an Xcode development environment that can be run on iPad.

Your alternative to create and run code code natively under iPadOS is Swift Playground:

Learn to code in Swift Playground on iPad - Apple Support

Don't get too hung-up on the title - or the fact that Swift Playground is an introduction to coding on iPad. This environment can be used to develop quite advanced code.
