Mac desktop notifications not interactable

When using desktop notifications on a Mac, clicking on a notification used to bring the corresponding application into focus, allowing direct interaction with its window. However, this no longer works consistently for consecutive notifications. The first notification functions as expected, but if another notification from the same application appears, the window remains in focus yet becomes unresponsive until manually clicked again. I've tested this with multiple desktop applications, and the issue persists across them.
