For the two factor authentication on your Apple Account, you only have to enter it once when you first sign your Apple Account into your device or log into your Apple Account online with a new device. After that you should never have to enter it again.

Many other services have two factor authentication that is not related to Apple. For example signing into a service provided by Facebook, Google, or even your bank account may have two-factor authentication. This cannot be turned off by Apple and does not involve Apple.

Please provide more information on what app you are using that is requiring you to use a two factor authentication code.
