I need the Galaxy Wearable app
When will Apple enable the Galaxy Wearable application for the Samsung Fit 3. Will I have to sell my iPhone and buy a Samsung phone?

Apple has nothing to do with that.
It's entirely up to Samsung to make their app available on Apple's App Store.
