Can I use an e-SIM on my iPhone 13 Pro concurrently with a physical SIM on my SE2?

I want 2 phones working at the same time on the same phone number so I can alternate as I wish. I have the original physical SIM, not currently installed as my iPhone 13 Pro uses an eSIM. I would like to enable both devices - the SE2 for phone calls while out and about and the iPhone 13 Pro for the rest. Will the physical SIM enable the SE2 as a working phone concurrently with the eSIM enabling the iPhone 13 Pro?
