Lost photos in Camera roll after deleting them from Google Photos

So I had 2 backups, one on iCloud (paid iCloud+ storage) and another one on Google photos, since the days I had an android and I kept both just in case. I had the option of syncing and backing up any photos taken on the iphone in Google photos on, and I wanted to get rid of having to pay for 2 backup cloud platforms. So i removed the sync option on google photos, and deleted around 12,000 photos from on there. To my surprise when I opened my camera roll on the iphone, ALL of those pictures were gone... Even though that was their main storage and the google photos cloud was only syncing it from there as an extra precaution. Later on I found out that my iCloud+ subscription payment did not go through last month... I paid it, and backed up my phone, however the pictures arent back. Additionally the storage that my iphone takes up on iCloud has not changed, even though the pictures are now gone.

Please help me bring back the pictures

Update: the storage on iphone has dropped now, it was 200gb (when the pictures were there) next day it switched to 65gb.

Is there a way to restore one of the previous backups from the month before, when the iCloud+ subscription was active?
