Apple Watch Ultra Battery Replacement

My 1st gen Apple Watch Ultra no longer holds a charge for very long. Maxes out at 75% and by end of day is below 20% even in low power mode. If I go to the Apple Store can the battery be replaced in house or does it get sent off. If sent off how long does it take to get it back and what is the cost of replacement?
