How do I transfer my 1Password file(s) to Apple Passwords?

I'm not sure how many more details are required but ask me a question and I will try to answer.

My iMac is a 2020 vintage Retina 5K , OS is Sequoia 15.3.1

I have finally given up on 1Password and I am trying to get used to Passwords which I don't like very much either, in any case, I need to transfer my 1 Password file(s) to Apple Password. How do I get this done? Thanks for any help you can provide
