How can I delete or format iCloud storage completely?

Hi everyone,

I’m having a bit of a problem with iCloud backups. I can’t seem to delete the backup files from my iCloud account. I’m currently using the basic plan or the free plan, but I used to have the iCloud+ plan with 50GB of storage.

I turned on the backup option from my iPhone 16 Pro Max a while back, but then I decided not to keep the subscription and turned it off from iCloud. Now, it says there are no devices backed up to iCloud, but I still see 20GB of storage used. I want to delete everything completely to free up some space.

Does anyone know how I can fix this? I’d really appreciate any help you can give me.
