Apple One subscription not activated after successful payment

I was using free trial of Individual Apple One plan since last month. It renewed today through my UPI account and my money was successfully sent from my Bank Account to Apple Media Services. But after the transaction, my Apple One subscription hasn’t been activated. What do I do ?
