Where can I find my Apple Music favorites on Mac and iPhone?

I'm a new user to Apple Music and have been designating "favorites" to songs I hear and like but for the life of me I cannot locate them anywhere. There is no obvious "Favorites" list or tab in either my MacBook desktop or iPhone app version of the player. What am I missing?

All Favorites not showing in favorites playlist. Songs disappearing. Apple Music’s favorites / starred playlists are inconsistent and broken. if I scroll down my “Songs” I can see I’ve favorited tons of songs that aren’t in my favorites playlist. I made a smart playlist that displays all my favorited songs and the number is different from the official apple one, but neither of them include all of my favorites. I was wondering why my songs kept repeating so often when I have 500+ favorited. Can someone help me with a fix? How do I curate a intelligent playlist from your old favorites on Apple Music? I have a playlist "my old records". Certain songs are marked as favorites in this playlist. I would like a new intelligent playlist with only the favorites from the "my old records" playlist. Is this possible? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
