Unable to switch between screen sizes on my iPad
I'm stuck with a half a screen. Older instructions say to double tap, but that does not work to get to full screen.

Some Apps principally designed for iPhone may display in a Portrait window that cannot be expanded to fill the larger iPad screen. This is not a fault or limitation of the iPad, but is due to App coding.
