MacBook Pro screen got a bit wet. It has ghost images on it and I can't connect to internet. How can I dry beneath the screen

Sounds like the liquid got inside the laptop and caused some hardware damage. You need to have Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider examine the laptop to provide you with a repair estimate.
FYI, when liquids & electronics mix......bad things usually happen to the electronic device.
