Unable to authorize computer for Apple TV purchases and login to Apple Music

I have been trying to authorize my computer to purchase movies on AppleTV (I have used this computer before for AppleTV) & it keeps saying there is an error. I deauthorized all other devices (I no longer use them) & even tried deauthorizing this one to reauthorize but no luck. I also can't seem to login to Apple Music. I used the same login to post here no problem. Any ideas?

Please review:

Authorize or deauthorize your computer for Apple Account purchases - Apple Support

The authorization issue is the same for Apple TV media and Apple Music, so I expect that solving the issue for one, will also solve it for the other. Authorization is about registering a device for use with Apple media purchases, through your Apple Account. Up to 5 computers can be authorized with one account. Authorization is separate from signing in, but should match that account.

If the issue persists after doing what the support article says, then please contact the Apple Support staff for further assistance. Perhaps they can reset or adjust something for your account in their administration.
