Unable to delete card from Apple Account due to active subscription

Please help, I can't delete my card from your site, I don't know why, it says, there is an active subscription on this account that requires at least one payment on file, for several days now I've been getting an SMS saying that the money is not being deducted from the account because I don't have any money in the account at this stage,I hope you will get back to me soon.

  1. If you only have one payment method you must enter a second payment method to remove the first.
  2. If you have defaulted on a subscription payment because of lack of funds in your payment method, Apple has frozen your account and you will not be able to use it for anything; no new apps, no redownload of apps and no updates of apps.
  3. Apple does not participate in the Apple Support Communities. No one here works for Apple, so no one can assist with this problem
  4. You will need to speak to Apple Support to make arrangements to pay your outstanding debt from the default on your subscription.
