Why is my cursor not showing in my Mac mini
There is so much wrong with this clean installed Mac.
Let's start with the cursor not showing.
Look at this line - nothing at the end.
Mac mini, macOS 15.3

Thank you for clearing up that question Mouse maker
System Setting >> Accessibilities >> Display >> Pointer
Play with some of those setting like
" Shake Mouse pointer to locate "
" Pointer Outline "
" Pointer fill colour "

Please run Etrecheck and post its full report here. Use the "additional text" button and paste the report into the text box.
Does this issue relate to a My MacBook Pro 16-inch, 2019 or from user byline " Mac mini, macOS 15.3 "
A Clean Installation on an Intel MacBook Pro 16 inch, 2019 and Nothing but the User Account Migrated thereafter should be straight forwards
A Clean Install on a Mac Mini may depend on if the machine is Intel or M-Class computers
Again, Nothing but the User Account Migrated
In either situation.
This will all show up via the previous good suggestion >> Etrecheck application
EtreCheckPro version: 6.8.9 (68074)
Report generated: 2025-03-07 12:39:02
Download EtreCheckPro from https://etrecheck.com
Runtime: 1:43
Performance: Excellent
Problem: No problem - just checking
End of report
I can't see anything in the report that would cause the cursor to appear.
I'd just warn about using stuff like nordvpn. Unless used as a vpn tunnel to connect to a work or school network, as instructed, using a vpn does not offer the sort of protection that many people assume it does
An aside for some reassurance
Have both the M4 ( Not the Pro ) and older M2 Mac Mini
Each machines have separate Apple Bluetooth Mice and Keyboards ( older USB-C to lighting versions )
They both were are using the Default Mouse setting
Though in the image below.
The Curser is Not appearing it was because it Blinked Out at the time the image was taken
Have Not had the Need to change the " Blocking Rate " of the insertion point
So proceed with great caution and Terminal commands are unforgiving and sometime can not be reversed

It appears "Mac mini" is referred to in the title and the "byline".
Read tooooo fast
Thx

Since the Mouse isn’t listed as a USB Mouse in the Report, can we assume it’s a Bluetooth Mouse?
If so, who’s its manufacturer?
The VPN is so that I can access websites only accessible in a country.
Like Homedepot - only accessible from the USA.
Apple Mouse. MacMini, mouse and keyboard 3 months old
Nothing was migrated to the New MacMini. Completely clean installation.
