Dexcom widget is missing after updating iPhone to iOS 18.3.1

Earlier I had Dexcom as an widget on my phone. I could then just activate the screen and swipe to the right and see my glucosevalue. But since the update at the end of last year the widget disappeared. It is not possible to find it when I try to create an widget now. What has happened?

Unable to search widgets in iPhone StandBy mode I'm unable to search widgets on my iPhone in StandBy mode. I'm looking to get to the screen shown in the last screenshot in the linked article below. When I tap on the plus button that is supposed to bring me to this screen it just gives me 8 widget options without the ability to search, as shown in my screenshot below. The options don't even include the clock widget. I tried a force restart, but didn't solve the issue.
