Use Passcode for iphone power off

In the 18.2.1 update, we have removed the option to use passcode to power off while powering off. Please add this option again in this update.

That has NEVER, EVER been an option on any iPhone since the first one 18 years ago. And the pros and cons have been discussed for most of those 18 years, and the overwhelming conclusions:
- It provides no meaningful benefit
- It significantly increases the inconvenience to almost all iPhone users.
