I’m trying to download apps on my iPad. I am signed in. What I assume is the password box pops up, but the box is too low to be seen and it’s not accepting my password which I know it’s correct cause I can do it on my phone and download the app. The problem is that the box is too small. I can’t read all the information and or see the password box.

close out of the app store do a force restart as outlined here If your iPad won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support once it comes back online check the app store again.
