Why is the green camera indicator appearing intermittently on my iPhone?

My phone is intermittently saying my camera app is accessing my phone, showing the green dot in the corner but the app isn’t open and I close all apps and it comes on for a second and then off again. Any help appreciated

Camera issue(third party) in iOS 18.4.1 I have been using iPhone for a long time and after updating to iOS 18 I have been facing so many bugs and issues apart from battery drain. At this moment, I am facing a huge problem with my iPhone whenever I use my banking app here in Nepal to pay my bill through QR Scanner the third-party app doesn’t open the camera but the camera app works fine. Green camera indicator illuminates when switching apps after updating to iOS 18.3 Hello. After updating my iPhone 15 Pro to iOS 18.3, I’ve noticed that the green camera indicator turns on when I switch apps or when I close apps by swiping up from the bottom of the screen. I’m also unable to use my flashlight until the indicator turns off (usually a second or two). When the phone is locked, the green camera indicator briefly appears in the top-right corner for a few seconds. I’ve disabled all apps that use the camera, but the issue persists. Why is my phone using/activating the camera without my permission?
