After updating to Sequoia 15.3.1 I'm unable to open apps (in this case "Fairmount") and get this message;

Have you shut down and restarted more than once?

Have you tried launching the app from the Applications folder?

Delete the app and add it back in...?

A SafeBoot Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support will sort many anomalies

Login and test. Reboot as normal and test. Caches get rebuilt automatically.
