Why am I not receiving emails on Outlook Live?

Same for live.com, hotmail.com, msn.com (and a few other domains) accounts. They’re all Microsoft mail system addresses that work much the same.

Or else you may set each account to forward to another already functional email account.

Or else use webmail in a browser.

Create and Use an App Password:

Note that you may need a new App Password, being that Mail is a third-party app. Sometimes major changes are made to your device(ie updates) l, and then Mail server syncing becomes of issue (which is what a new app password insinuated to fix).
