Live Photo missing audio on iPhone

My live pictures do not have any audio available, why is that? It gives me an option to mute and unmute live but that doesn’t change the fact I can’t turn hear the audio.

Normally, when you press and hold a Live Photo in the Photos app, it should play both the motion and the sound. If the sound isn’t playing, check this:

Make sure the Live Photo has sound:

Open the Live Photo in the Photos app.
Tap “Edit” and see if the sound icon (a little speaker) in the top left is muted. If it is, tap it to unmute.
