Hello, your battery might be draining faster because- You have not closed out your apps in the background or/and your brightness is too high or if you have a cellular, it could be draining your battery if your iPhone is not near.
To close out your apps running in the background, do this- Double click the crown, you should then see all of your recently opened apps, to close them out- Swipe left then press the X.
Also, if you just updated your Apple watch- The update will still be running in the background, this will last for about 2-4 days, then the battery should get back to normal.
